He was born on April 29, 1951. In 1974 graduated with honors from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on the department of power electronics. Since 1974 works at the department of industrial electronics in a position of engineer, research assistant, assistant, senior lecturer. Now is assistant professor. He defended his thesis in 1981. He has more than 40 scientific publications, 18 patents for inventions, is co-author of two textbooks and four manuals. Laureate of the prize for the best textbook KPI 2002. Awarded the Jubilee Medal “In memory of 1500th anniversary of Kyiv”. Has the honorary diploma XIV international exhibition “Modern Education in Ukraine – 2011”. He is a highly qualified specialist in the development of highly efficient energy semiconductor converters, head of research laboratory.

He was born on October 14, 1979 in Kiev. In 1997 he graduated from secondary school number 251 behalf of Ho Chi Minh in Kiev. From 1997 to 2003 he studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” at the Faculty of Electronics at the Department of Industrial Electronics, where he received a research master’s degree in electronic systems and graduated with honors. Laureate of competition for the best master’s degree attestation work, took first place in the competition of the Faculty of Electronics and second place in the competition “KPI”. In 2003, before enrolling in graduate school, he worked as an engineer for 4 months in the Institute of Applied Electronics. In November 2006, graduated from graduate school, and in June 2007 he defended his dissertation “Semiconductor converters with high efficiency battery power pulse currents asymmetrical” and received scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences. Since 2007 he is head of educational laboratory Computer Engineering Faculty of Electronics “KPI” and a senior lecturer at the Department of Industrial Electronics. September 2012 – Associate Professor of PE. Research interests – development of semiconductor converters with high efficiency battery power. Participated in the implementation of 6 scientific research. Has the 12 scientific works, including 9 articles in professional journals (3 of them yourself) and 3 declarational patents of Ukraine. He participated in 6 scientific conferences.

In 1980 graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute on the department of Information and Measurement Technologies Faculty of Instrumentation and Measurement techniques. Since 1980, worked at the Institute of Electrodynamics of NAS of Ukraine in the department of transistor transformers as an engineer and research assistant. Defended her thesis in 1993. Since 2003 works at the department of industrial electronics as an associate professor. Reads lectures on the courses: “Industrial Electronics” and “Electronics” instrument for students and faculties of thermal power. Has the 17 scientific works, 1 copyright certificate for the invention is the co-5’s manuals. Since 2006, the deputy dean for extramural form study and of work with foreign students.

Born on 1989 in Kyiv. In 2006 she graduated from the specialized school №183 with profound study of English, Mathematics and Physics class, in the same year became a student of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Faculty of Electronics, Department of Industrial Electronics. In 2010 she received bachelor degree in Electronics. From 15 May to 15 September 2011 was on internship at the Dresden Technical University, Germany. In 2012 she received masters degree in Electronic systems. On March 1, 2016 she defended PhD thesis “The control of operating modes of autonomous power systems converters”. From April 26, 2016 she works as senior lecturer and from December 26, 2016 – as assosiate professor of Department of Industrial Electronics.
